Join us Wednesday, May 22nd at 6:30 p.m. in the Anchorage School auditorium for a special program by retired police Sgt. Scott Harvey, one of the most in-demand speakers in Kentucky. Scott will present to our 5th through 8th grade students that day and follow up with this parent presentation by sharing strategies and practical advice for how parents can take an active role in their children’s online life. He will also share practical tools, strategies and resources to protect kids online. In today’s digital age we are all witnessing too many kids, adults, and businesses self-destruct due to irresponsible use of social media and other technologies, making this a program you will not want to miss!
All adults in the community are welcome and students 5th grade and higher may attend with their parent/guardian. Complimentary childcare for family members of attendees will be provided by Anchorage School. Children must be toilet-trained to be eligible for childcare and advance registration is required.
