Anchorage Chess Club Goes Virtual

In recent years, Anchorage Chess Club has contracted with Chess Performance to provide lessons to our members at the school on Friday afternoons.  For the remainder of 2020, Chess Performance has made the decision within their organization to move all programs to a virtual model.  We are grateful to Chess Performance for the efforts they are making to continue to offer scholastic chess opportunities within our community and encourage you to review their flyer found here to learn more about their online sessions beginning on September 14.  If the Anchorage Chess Club is able to meet again in-person after the December break and/or competitive chess tournaments are scheduled, we will provide further details at that time.  Go Anchors!
