Anchorage Community Lacrosse

Anchorage Community lacrosse teams are forming now! All skills, including beginners, are welcome to come and try lacrosse. It is one of the fastest growing sports in America – truly a fun game to play and watch! 

3rd/4thCoed Lacrosse and 5th/6th Boys’ Lacrosse:

Two practices per week and one game per week.

All practices will be held on the Anchorage School field. All games are played at the King Louie Sports Complex.

3rd/4th Co-ed Team will practice on Mondays, 5:00-6:00pm & Thursdays, 4:30-5:45pm; games on Sundays
5th/6th Boys’ Team will practice on Mondays & Fridays, 4:00pm to 5:30pm; games on Tuesday nights

Practices will start Monday, February 22nd and run through the end of May. 

  • Final times for both teams to be confirmed based on field availability.
  • Full equipment includes helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick and mouth guard, (the community lacrosse team does have some used equipment to share!) 
  • Estimated fee per player is $150.00 per player (final fees determined on total number of players).

For interested 1st & 2nd graders: Pete Pagano will be holding an after-school skills clinic later in the year – more information to come.
For any interested 7th & 8th grade boys: we will be joining the Oldham Lacrosse Club for boys’ lacrosse – please contact Catherine Delaney for more information. 

Come out and try lacrosse! We look forward to teaching new skills, getting some great exercise outside, learning a new sport, and having fun as a team!
