held this year at Owl Creek Country Club on Saturday, March 5.
Over the next several weeks, you will receive communication each Monday (and this week on Tuesday due to the holiday yesterday) on a specific procurement category, as well as other important information and how you can help!

This week – January 17 – we are focusing procurement efforts on our Dining and Entertainment category. Thank goodness all of our local favorites are back open and ready for business! How happy are we that there are once again things to do in and around town!
We need your help gathering these amazing items!
Have some tickets for sporting events, the theater, other events that you aren’t able to use? We will take them off your hands!
Do you have a favorite restaurant that you frequent? Mention our auction to your server – MANY times they will give you a gift certificate or match the total spent during your meal!
Want to host a progressive dinner with your besties? What about a wine or bourbon tasting? These are wildly popular and are fun to host and to attend!
Procurement letters are located in the APTA office in the board building and at the front desk with Kim Mitchell. They can also be accessed HERE. Grab a form and head to your favorite spots around town. Many of these business love to donate, as it’s a great way for them to advertise within our community! Of course, everything is tax deductible!
